DoJ to sue Arizona over immigration law

The Washington Post reports that the DoJ is going to file suit against Arizona’s new immigration law.

At the EXACT SAME TIME, “The Obama administration has vowed to crack down on employers who hire illegals… ”

So riddle me this, Batman: It’s the Federal Government’s responsibility to enforce immigration laws when it comes to Arizona, but it is NOT the Federal Government’s responsibility to enforce immigration laws when employers hire illegals?  That sounds to me like a classic Catch-22.  Enforce immigration laws on your own, the Federal Government will sue you.  Don’t enforce immigration laws on your own, the Federal Government will sue you.

Man, I really love “Hope” and “Change”.

  1. State guvments also set up scales and truck inspection to “enforce interstate commerce laws” regarding trucking and national highway rules, states assist in kidnapping across state lines, car theft, etc etc. Cities in California declare themselves “sanctuary cities” contrary to federal law….. and the fed does nothing. Yet when Arizona gets fed up with the invasion from the South, Obama and Eric (I cant read) Holder, get their panties in an uproar……. and what about the “black” guys at the polling station telling the “crackers” and “whitey’s” to stay out… ole Eric refuses to enforce federal voter tampering laws….. Seems a lttle unfair to me. Then again they are honoring a former KKK member.
