Michael Cade is a writer living in Portland, Oregon. He grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where his familiarity with Norbertine priests, NFL football and fried food precipitated a brief career in journalism.
Michael enjoys wide-open thoroughfares, desolate weigh stations and darkness at the edge of Albuquerque. He’s also keen on freezing fog, empty places and negative space.
He is married to a lovely Ukrainian woman (no, she’s not a mail-order bride). Together they have an amazing 5-year-old son.
