Kevin R. Breen attended Ferris State University for Journalism and Technical Communication with a Visual Design Content Specialty and a Political Science Minor. He assumed this impressively diverse title meant that he was fully qualified for absolutely no job at all, so, after winning numerous awards from the Michigan Press Association, he did the responsible thing: He moved to Chicago to study comedy at iO Improv.

In 2009, he created FAILocracy.com, a blog dedicated to political “FAILs,” accompanied by a popular YouTube channel. His podcast, “FAILocracy Radio,” includes regular commentary from When Falls the Coliseum writer Colin Cohen.
