Amy Boshnack has worked in the media since 1996, when she started as a freelance field production assistant for NBC’s WTVJ coverage of the ValuJet crash in the Florida Everglades. She helped launch MSNBC later that year. She stayed in television news until covering the OJ civil trial, the JonBenet Ramsey murder investigation, and Monica Lewinsky got the best of her.

Boshnack then worked in print, for years, at New York magazine and Cosmopolitan before finally jumping from print to digital, where she most recently helped WEtv.com and CafeMom launch editorial sections. She is also involved with AMCtv.com — but her work there is highly classified and also, if you must pry, dark and mysterious. She is the president of her own consulting business, Triley Media.

Boshnack is Consigliere to When Falls the Coliseum and she takes her role very seriously. Should you treat us unfavorably, she might just pay you a visit. We’re not saying that she’ll put the decapitated head of your prized thoroughbred under your covers (should you happen to have a prized thoroughbred). But we’re also not saying that she won’t.
